About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Consultant Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software installation and configuration, as well as understanding the daily activities of our Technical Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in an international project delivery team for the EMEA region, responsible for supporting installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions.
  • Perform technical installations of radiology software, ensure application readiness, complete application installations, and handle technical configurations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and support the local organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions including storage, servers, workstations, virtualization, databases, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical approach.
  • Teamwork attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Italian and English.
