Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an events calendar
  • Handle correspondence on behalf of managers
  • Type, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations
  • Copy, scan, and fax documents
  • Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arrange refreshments
Requirements:
  • Master or Bachelor Degree (considered a plus)
  • Knowledge of office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
