About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Professional Service Center Director to lead our Customer Support Operations in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and quality of delivered services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of European strategies to improve revenue, productivity, profitability, customer experience, and development of new types of services and customers;
  • Effectively lead, motivate, control, and develop Service functions to achieve operational and business targets in all sales channels;
  • Monitor and review the performance of all staff and business processes assigned and benchmark those against European standards, KPIs, or targets;
  • Identify and drive overall service efficiency by using synergies across business units;
  • Proactively develop, monitor, and maintain customer and employee satisfaction;
  • Support all sales channels using appropriate strategies and tools;
  • Liaise with departments to maximize business opportunities;
  • Ensure all service employees comply with environmental, health, and safety requirements;
  • Network with existing clients and vendors;
  • Ensure internal relationships with NSO management, ITCG BU Customer Support Operations & Customer Service, PSCs, and FSC, Canon Europe Business Groups, and external relationships with Canon Partners, key customers, local vendors, and industry associations.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in management, finance, industrial engineering, or technology or similar experience;
  • Mother tongue Italian;
  • Fluent in English written and oral;
  • Significant experience in senior management functions in service or related professional areas;
  • Experience in defining strategy, tactics, and managing big operations, projects, and customers;
  • Experience in managing budgets and P&L;
  • Experience in all aspects of people management.
