Administration & Statutory Accounts Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our accounting and administration activities in Italy. As Administration & Statutory Accounts Director, you will be responsible for managing an international team and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure compliance with IFRS reporting standards and Group policies.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, year-end financial statements, and relevant disclosures.
  • Manage and monitor European share service center performance across 20 legal entities.
  • Enhance administrative systems, processes, and policies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and support external audit of financial statements and ensure staff competences are developed and up-to-date.
Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a proactive manager with experience in multinational environments and a strong background in accounting and finance. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting principles and accounting techniques.
  • Experience with SAP and Oracle systems, particularly FCCS tool.
  • Business acumen, problem-solving attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for driving positive change.
