  • Marketing Strategy and Planning
    • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy, aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Define market segments, identify opportunities, and establish measurable objectives for the marketing team.
  • Team Management and Leadership
    • Lead and supervise a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, including specialists in digital marketing, communications, branding, events, and more.
    • Foster the professional development of the team and ensure effective collaboration among members.
  • Marketing Budgeting and Planning
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to achieve established objectives.

Requirements
