Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration and Statutory Accounts Director to join our team at AIMS International Italia S.r.l. as a key member of our financial operations team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and relevant disclosures in accordance with IFRS reporting standards and Group policies.
  • Manage and monitor the performance of the European share service center, overseeing 20 legal entities.
  • Enhance administrative systems, processes, and policies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and support the external audit of financial statements, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff competences and skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of IAS/IFRS accounting principles and accounting, reporting, and consolidation techniques.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Sustainability Reporting and laws, regulations, and rules governing accounting and tax areas.
  • Proficiency in SAP system and Oracle (FCCS tool).
  • Business acumen, problem-solving attitude, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
