The role of Facility and Operations Director is crucial for the success of Aims International Italia S.R.L. as it oversees and manages all aspects of the company's general affairs, including facilities management, office administration, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering or equivalent and at least 7-10 years of experience in similar roles gained in multinational companies.

The Facility and Operations Director will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and functionality of the company's physical infrastructure and ensuring the safety and security of the workplace in compliance with the law and administrative processes. This includes facility management and real estate management, building and utilities contracts, property management, and soft services management.

The candidate will also be responsible for the organization and planning of HSE activities, including internal information and training activities, management of emergency procedures, and HSE activities towards contractors. Additionally, they will manage specific activities such as procurement and negotiation of contracts, health and safety environment, and insurance company programs.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in similar roles gained in multinational companies
  • Strategic communication and target-oriented approach
  • Operational leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Project management and regulatory knowledge
  • Financial knowledge and budget management
