About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ICT Innovator for Sustainable Societies to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our FCC research program, you will design, develop, evaluate, and deploy ICT solutions for private enterprises and public authorities.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of innovative solutions for smart cities and communities;
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of researchers to identify and address real-world challenges;
  • Design and implement ICT solutions for various sectors, including energy, transportation, and environmental sustainability;
  • Evaluate and refine existing solutions to ensure they meet the needs of our stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience in Web Development Frameworks, relational and non-relational databases, programming languages, and communication protocols;
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken;
  • Good Italian language skills;
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • One or more years of experience in R&D projects, a PhD, or experience abroad (desired).
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a talented team, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that can make a real impact on society.
