About the Role

**Job Summary:**

The Junior Controller is a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) Team at IRCA Group, a leading international B2B provider of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry, and gelato markets. This role is responsible for supporting key business functions in the regional company strategy and execution plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of the annual budget and its review
  • Prepare monthly consolidated reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of the Board of Directors (BOD) deck
  • Support analysis for key categories and business-relevant objects
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting, margins, and KPI tracking analysis of actual data vs forecast
  • Act as a business partner to the management team in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting actual and budgetary information
  • Liaise with corporate groups on financial reporting-related matters to ensure compliance with IFRS, Local GAAP, and Corporate Policies

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Economics or Finance
  • Professional Skills: Experience building financial models and scenario planning, excellent ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience: 2-3 years of related experience (ideally in private equity-owned companies)
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, advanced presentation Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems (Tagetik + SAP BW/AFO)
  • Behavioural Requirements: Self-motivated individual with excellent analytical and communication skills; versatile team player
