We are seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Embedded Software Specialist to join our team at JR Italy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing process improvements, collaborating with various functions, and designing and implementing line-side carts and workstations.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and documentation to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with various functions to transform our plant, transfer technology, and maintain value streams.
- Design and lead the implementation of line-side carts and workstations to synchronize product, material, and information flows.
- Work closely with production personnel to promote continuous improvement of production methods, systems, and controls.
- Monitor and supervise methodological correctness in project development, efficient use of resources, and robustness of results.
- Act as a facilitator for change management, implementation of major improvement programs, and effective measurement of Key Performance Indicators.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Good knowledge of Lean principles and CAD software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge of line balancing and ergonomic principles.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
