Job Summary

Gruppo Danieli is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join its team in the Recycling department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to meet business objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects to ensure minimal impact on the business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, expenses, and revenue to ensure financial stability and profitability.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English language.

  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
