Job Title: Cybersecurity GRC Consultant

RINA is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity GRC Consultant to join its team in Genoa, Rome, or Milan. As a Cybersecurity GRC Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying security risks within organizations and complex systems/architectures, designing security measures, and providing recommendations to improve security postures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out technical activities such as identifying security risks, designing security measures, and verifying compliance versus laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Provide support to customers in cybersecurity-related activities, including drafting technical/procedural documents related to IT Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance aspects.
  • Maintain and update RINA's cybersecurity guidelines and assessment methodologies.
  • Support business development from a technical point of view, drafting technical offers and detailing services.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations, international standards, and best practices.
  • Engineering academic background.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere.
Desired Requirements:
  • Experience with a wide range of computer systems and security tools.
  • Security certifications, such as ISO/IEC 27001 Qualified Lead Auditor, GIAC/GICSP, or ISA/IEC 62443 related certifications.
  • Adequate knowledge of programming languages, their interfaces with principal DBMS, and their development environments.
