Quality System & GMP Compliance Manager

Jefferson Wells is seeking a Quality System & GMP Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for defining the strategy and direction for the Quality System & GMP Compliance department, ensuring continuous improvement in accordance with national and international GMP standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Quality Systems: Define and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead Quality Improvement Initiatives: Lead and facilitate quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in quality systems and processes.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all quality systems and processes are compliant with GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train and develop staff on quality systems and processes to ensure that they are aware of and understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage Change Control: Manage change control processes to ensure that all changes are properly documented and approved.
  • Ensure Quality Documentation: Ensure that all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Manage Vendor Qualification: Manage vendor qualification processes to ensure that all vendors are qualified and compliant with GMP regulations.
  • Ensure Quality Audits: Ensure that all quality audits are conducted in accordance with GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage Quality Reports: Manage quality reports to ensure that they are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Lead Quality Council: Lead the quality council to ensure that all quality-related issues are addressed and resolved.
  • Ensure Pest Control: Ensure that all pest control activities are conducted in accordance with GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage Inspection Readiness: Manage inspection readiness to ensure that all necessary documentation and processes are in place.
  • Manage VMP-CSV: Manage VMP-CSV to ensure that it is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Graduate degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in quality systems and GMP compliance. Proficiency in Italian language is required.

Location: Frosinone or Latina. Full-time position.
