Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Library and Information Specialist to join our Global Library Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering customer-oriented support by implementing a tailored approach to bibliographic resources.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the Document Delivery service and correlated tools.
- Contribute to scouting new bibliographic resources and potential customer-oriented implementations.
- Offer trainings on research and citation skills.
- Provide tailored bibliographic searches and analyses pertaining to all therapeutic areas of interest.
- Stay up-to-date and contribute proactively to identify areas of improvement or new processes and resources.
- 1-3 years' experience in information gathering and bibliographic research within a pharma company.
- Master's degree in biotechnology, biology, or other scientific subjects.
- Fluent in written and oral English.
- Good knowledge of sources, tools, and databases for the retrieval of scientific information.
- Good knowledge of drug development process.
- Possibly basic knowledge of scientific library processes.
