At Miu Miu, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Advisor to join our team in Venice. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and serve clients with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through a personalized approach, leveraging CRM and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competitors to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Ensure a high level of product knowledge and maintain a strong understanding of our brand's values and philosophy.
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of visual merchandising and store presentation, adhering to company guidelines and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Fluent spoken Italian and English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Strong passion for human relations and sales, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a curiosity and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for the Miu Miu brand and a strong understanding of our product categories.
