Alstom is seeking an experienced Epu Manager to join our Production organization in Savigliano. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Elementary Production Unit (EPU) and ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to Supply Chain setup and Quality plan validation
- Responsible for Industrialization activities and manufacturing preparation
- Oversee requests for training & qualification of operators and requests for hiring
- Lead the industrial process and hand-over from PME to manufacturing
- Deploy APSYS (Lean Manufacturing) and ensure operators' training
- Finalize manufacturing preparation and oversee complete scope of manufacturing activities
- Track SQCD performance and associated KPIs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of SQCD performance
- Manage issues and contribute to corrective action
- Execute changes to the product and provide manufacturing feedback
- Profound knowledge of Special Processes
- Working knowledge of Industrial Management Processes, Manufacturing Processes and Technologies, and Configuration & Change Management
- Basic awareness of Automation / Robotization, Greenfield/Brownfield Development, Site Facilities & Maintenance, and Transfer of Technology
- Profound knowledge of Team Management, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) rules and regulations, and Lean Management tools
- Working knowledge of Supply Chain/Quality processes and impact from manufacturing on them
- Products Knowledge and Applicable Social Relations & Labor Law
