Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Liberty Savings Bank, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and expanding our relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to provide superior service by performing banking transactions, opening new accounts, and identifying customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and balance cash drawers, perform ATM operations, and assist with end-of-night balancing
- Receive, post, pay out funds, balance, and prove customer accounts
- Open new checking, savings, business accounts, IRA, and other types of accounts
- Identify customer needs and recommend products or services using the CNA process
- Expand customer relationships by making referrals and handling consumer loans
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to team efforts
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule and possess basic computer skills
Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
