We are seeking a visionary CRM & Client Engagement Director to drive our global strategy and lead our team to success. With a strong background in customer activation and retention, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a customer-centric vision to drive business growth and customer loyalty
- Lead the development of a global CRM strategy and guidelines to be executed by local markets
- Design and develop new omnichannel projects and services to achieve CRM objectives
- Oversee data collection and lead generation strategy, client engagement enablers, and dedicated training paths development
- Supervise data insights and reports to monitor and evolve the performance of engagement and conversion KPIs, including ROI
- Preferably a degree in Marketing Insights or Statistics with honors
- Deep knowledge of marketing attribution and customer behaviors
- At least 10 years of experience in consumer insight and CRM direction
- Strong background in customer activation and retention strategies
- Proven experience in customer experience management
- Data mining and clustering techniques, query and DB management
- Great communication skills
- Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent team player
- Results-oriented
- Enthusiasm, humility, proactivity, and ethics
