About the Role

We are seeking a visionary CRM & Client Engagement Director to drive our global strategy and lead our team to success. With a strong background in customer activation and retention, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric vision to drive business growth and customer loyalty
  • Lead the development of a global CRM strategy and guidelines to be executed by local markets
  • Design and develop new omnichannel projects and services to achieve CRM objectives
  • Oversee data collection and lead generation strategy, client engagement enablers, and dedicated training paths development
  • Supervise data insights and reports to monitor and evolve the performance of engagement and conversion KPIs, including ROI
Requirements
  • Preferably a degree in Marketing Insights or Statistics with honors
  • Deep knowledge of marketing attribution and customer behaviors
  • At least 10 years of experience in consumer insight and CRM direction
  • Strong background in customer activation and retention strategies
  • Proven experience in customer experience management
  • Data mining and clustering techniques, query and DB management
  • Great communication skills
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team player
