Senior Corporate Counsel, Gaming Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Counsel to join our global legal team at Xsolla.

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a talented attorney to play a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing contracts with game developers and other legal documents, as well as addressing other legal matters that arise in daily operations. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies, manage risks, and drive growth opportunities.

1. Draft and review of contracts with game developers and other agreements to protect the company's rights
2. Communicate and negotiate with external parties to ensure successful collaboration and minimize conflicts
3. Supervise operational activities of foreign companies within the group, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
4. Provide legal support for the company's daily operations, including rent, office-related legal matters, subcontracting, outsourcing, supply chain management, and interaction with government authorities
5. Conduct corporate procedures, such as due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures
6. Oversee compliance projects, including implementation and improvement of KYC and AML procedures, protection of children's interests, and handling of virtual currency

1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate law, preferably in the gaming industry or a related field
2. Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
3. Basic knowledge of corporate and contract law, with a focus on international business transactions
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
5. English language proficiency (Advanced/C1 or higher)
6. Excellent legal research, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively
