Legal Counsel

Xsolla is a global leader in video game commerce, established to simplify the complexities of global distribution, marketing, and monetization.

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our global legal team. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing contracts with game developers and other legal documents, as well as addressing other legal matters that arise in daily operations.

The Junior Legal Counsel will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts with game developers and other agreements to protect the company's rights
• Communicating and negotiating with external parties
• Supervising the operational activities of foreign companies within the group
• Providing legal support for the company's daily operations, including rent, office-related legal matters, subcontracting, outsourcing, and supply
• Interacting with government authorities, responding to requests and demands, obtaining necessary information on disputable matters
• Conducting corporate procedures
• Supervising compliance projects, implementing and improving KYC and AML procedures, protecting children's interests, and handling virtual currency

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience, whether at a law firm, in-house, or a combination of both
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of corporate and contract law
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong time management skills to closely monitor and track your own work, interfacing with an international team and time zone differences
• English language (Advanced/C1 or higher)
• Excellent legal research, oral, and written communication skills

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
