Job Summary

Fratelli Cosulich Group is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team on board an offshore drilling rig. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for cooking for crew and guests, delegating kitchen staff, and ensuring safe and clean working practices in accordance with HACCP and Company policies.

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals for crew and guests, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Delegate tasks and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Implement and maintain HACCP protocols to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Store food and kitchen supplies in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Requirements

  • English language proficiency at B2 level.
  • Covid 19 vaccination.
  • Tetanus vaccination.
  • HACCP certification.
  • STCW VI/1 certification.
