The Role
Surety Account
At WTW, our Surety Account team plays a crucial role in overseeing portfolio management activities to achieve strategic customer service, retention, and sales objectives. As a key member of this team, you will work closely with colleagues across branches to ensure that customer needs are met or exceeded.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of bond issues submitted by customers to ensure compliance with current legislation and risk placement procedures.
- Provide expert advice to customers on current legislation and its applicability, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions.
- Offer technical support on policies, including the application of current legislation, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Negotiate with the insurance market to secure the best possible outcomes for customers.
- Analyze market offerings and identify the most suitable solutions for customers, driving portfolio growth and retention.
- Ensure compliance with risk placement procedures and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Regularly visit customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage customer portfolios, including guarantee needs analysis, search for entrustments in the insurance market, verification, and update of applicable economic conditions, as well as internal application management oversight of administrative/accounting aspects.
- Monitor and follow up with accounting for backlog tracking, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
