Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking a Health and Safety Technician to join the team in Italy.

As a leading company in the industry, we strive to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for our employees. To achieve this, we need a dedicated Health and Safety Technician who will report to the site Health and Safety Manager (RSPP).

Key responsibilities include undertaking risk assessments, following up control measures, and completing daily metrics and callouts from the site. You will also take a deep dive into safety data, monitor recordable incidents, and advise associates and managers accordingly. Additionally, you will investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents, establish root cause, and update internal records.

In this crucial Health and Safety position, you will be responsible for ensuring continuing, sustained compliance with legislation. You will conduct yourself professionally at all times and maintain confidentiality in matters involving safety investigations. Your flexibility in hours worked will be necessary to cover shifts during peak periods.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Turin, Italy.

A day in the life of a Health and Safety Technician at Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. involves working collaboratively with the site Health and Safety Manager to identify and mitigate risks. You will be responsible for conducting daily safety checks, monitoring safety data, and providing guidance to associates and managers on safety procedures and protocols.

Your ability to think critically and solve problems will be essential in this role. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and accidents, and to provide regular updates to the site Health and Safety Manager.
