Your Responsibilities
As a Commissioning and Service Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Acquiring skills to program fire detection, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems Learning to configure supervision systems that manage field equipment Collaborating with the Project Manager to gather information necessary for software development Providing support services through remote connections to customer systems via web tools, phone, or site visits Executing assigned service and commissioning tasks using innovative digital solutions and tools developed by our headquarters Offering operational assistance and application support Diagnosing, clarifying, and resolving technical issues Analyzing events, examining trace and diagnostic data, and communicating findings to resolve issues while guiding next steps.Required Qualifications:
You are under 30 years of age, in line with the Italian apprenticeship regulations You possess a technical diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or Automation Familiarity with IT topics such as networking, VPN, Firewall, Cybersecurity, Virtualization, and Remote Connection is advantageous Proficiency in both English and Italian Strong teamwork skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities; Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment A passion for continuous personal and professional growth Respect for individual uniqueness and a willingness to collaborate and share knowledge Eligibility to work in ItalyWhat We Offer:
