We're seeking a skilled IT Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our enterprise systems, ensuring the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure, and providing end-user support for system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain virtualization and physical platforms, including VMware and other systems.
  • Ensure the reliability and security of Windows and Linux servers.
  • Implement and oversee core infrastructure processes and other functional and compliance controls to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Provide end-user support for system-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Familiarize yourself with the existing IT environment and infrastructure.
  • Create, update, and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize system performance and security.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Experience in virtualization of Windows and Linux servers.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, controls, and best practices in IT security and operations.
  • Experience in providing end-user support and troubleshooting system-related issues.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic IT environment.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
