About the Role:

Ariston Group, a global leader in sustainable solutions for hot water and space heating, components, and burners, is seeking a highly skilled Brand Marketing Senior Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the Ariston global marketing strategy, driving brand performance, and developing yearly brand plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with external agencies and suppliers to establish a valuable partnership and collaboration.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product communication launch packages on time and with the best outcomes.
  • Develop brand contents suitable for different geographies and needs.
  • Manage B2B communication development, with a special focus on digital platforms, video creation, and brand partnership coordination.
  • Oversee ad hoc global marketing projects and marketing community development.
  • Manage budgets and support specific corporate activities in collaboration with other Company functions.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Marketing.
  • Previous experience in Marketing (5 years), preferably in global multinational companies.
  • Eager to learn, working in a team, and growing with resilience.
  • Keen to work with different cultures and geographies.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is a basic requirement, French and/or Spanish is a plus.
