Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources team in Milan and oversee our F&B outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, contracts, and reports, as well as addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • HR Policy and Procedure Management
    • Verify HR policies and procedures to ensure conformity with Italian labor law and company standards.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Manage employee relations, contracts, and reports.
    • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Payroll and Time Management
    • Furnish the Payroll Office with necessary information for payroll preparation and calculations.
    • Control staff time management and monitor leave balances.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
    • Lead recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • HR System Administration
    • Administer the Company's HR System, ensuring smooth and accurate operation and updates.
  • Performance Management and Development
    • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
    • Assist in identifying training and development needs.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics
    • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, tracking HR metrics and KPIs to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Manager.
    • Experience in HR in hospitality (ideally in restaurants).
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Good knowledge of Italian labor law.
    • Fluent in Italian and English.
    • Experience working with international companies.
    • Flexible person with availability to adapt.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
