About the Role:
Costa Crociere is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hospitality Operator to join their team. As a key member of the Onboard Information department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Main Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding onboard services and procedures
• Manage complaints and provide satisfactory solutions
• Perform multiple tasks without compromising the quality of delivery
• Assist with embarkation and disembarkation operational tasks
• Support the Hospitality team in dealing with department priorities
• Utilize software to manage work activities effectively

Requirements:
• Previous experience in hotels or similar positions
• Secondary School Diploma
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Comfortable communicating in English (B2 level) and German (B2 level)
• Enthusiastic, good communicator, and comfortable with public speaking
