- You will be the main reference for the information and requests of our Guests.
- You will provide accurate and timely information about the cruise services.
- You will handle complaints and requests from the Guest to deliver an effective, courteous, and professional service.
- You are responsible for all the onboard services and departmental procedures (such as luggage handling, lost & found).
- You perform multiple tasks without compromising the quality of delivery (such as wake-up calls, public announcements, external calls).
- You assist with embarkation and disembarkation operational tasks assigned to the department (such as personal ID or passports and landing cards collection) to guarantee company standards.
- You use the necessary software to support all work activities (MS Office, SAPI, Oscar) to manage them in an effective and timely manner.
- You take an active part in a work environment that support a successful safety culture.
- You monitor Guest activities during excursions to ensure compliance.
- You have previous experience of at least 6 months in hotels in similar positions (receptionist, customer service).
- You possess a Secondary School Diploma.
- You are enthusiastic, a good communicator and you find yourself at ease with public speaking.
- You have proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- As a citizen of the world, you are comfortable in communicating in English (B2 level) and in Turkish (C1 – C2 level).
