At Costa Crociere S.p.A., we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Turkish Speaking Ambassador. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for our guests, providing accurate and timely information about our cruise services.
- Handle complaints and requests from guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with embarkation and disembarkation operational tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Fluency in English and Turkish, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and customs.
