Project HSE Manager - Prysmian Group

Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled HSE Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and coordinating HSE activities within projects, ensuring compliance with company methods, contractual requirements, and relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management, with experience in EPCI work environments, including onshore and offshore construction and installation activities, and vessel operation. A technical degree in engineering and knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 series standards are also essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining project HSE management strategy and activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assisting company functions and project teams in dealing with clients on HSE-related matters.
  • Ensuring HSE activities are carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, client requirements, and company Environmental and Safety Standards.
  • Coordinating with manufacturing HSE teams to ensure compliance with company policy and project requirements.
  • Facilitating risk management processes, including design and detailed HAZID.
  • Investigating accidents and incidents, analyzing statistics, and suggesting improvement plans.
  • Conducting HSE audits, both internal and external.
  • Developing and performing project safety training programs.
  • Leading the planning, collection, management, and analysis of HSE indicators.
