Job Title: Project HSE Manager

About the Role:

The Prysmian Group is seeking a highly skilled Project HSE Manager to join their team in Milan. As a key member of the QHSE team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising HSE activities within projects, ensuring compliance with company methods, contractual requirements, and relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE management strategies and activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist company functions and project teams in dealing with clients on HSE-related matters.
  • Ensure all HSE activities are carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, client requirements, and company standards.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing HSE teams to ensure compliance with company policy and project requirements.
  • Ensure vessel operations comply with ISM Code rules, SOLAS, and MARPOL.
  • Assist project teams in risk management processes, including design and detailed HAZID.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, analyze statistics, and suggest improvement plans.
  • Conduct HSE audits, both internal and external.
  • Develop and perform project safety training programs.
  • Lead the planning, collection, management, and analysis of HSE indicators.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of HSE management experience in EPCI work environments, including onshore and offshore construction and installation activities, and vessel operation.
  • Technical degree (engineering).
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 series standards.
  • Strong leadership, team player, and people management skills.
  • High PC literacy.
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken.
