Job Description

ADAMI & ASSOCIATI is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing integrated Digital Marketing activities, including online campaigns, social media, email marketing, website, CRM, Digital PR activity, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Marketing Manager in the Consumer Marketing area with coordinating and implementing integrated Digital Marketing activities.
  • Oversee taxonomy processes to increase consumer engagement.
  • Work closely with team members across plans and projects to ensure fully integrated and optimized programmes.
  • Coordinate and take ownership of Italian social media accounts, fostering vibrant communities and delivering innovative campaigns.
  • Assist with budget management and adhere to financial company policies and procedures.
  • Manage email automation programmes and ensure content integration with other online and offline activities.
  • Monitor, report, and evaluate key performance metrics on digital activities, drawing insights and learnings to ensure continual improvements.
  • Support the Marketing Executive with the roll-out of local and central digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist the Trade Executive in implementing digital marketing activities featuring industry and trade partners.
  • Support the Publicity Executive in implementing digital PR and advocacy programmes through activities with influencers and bloggers.
  • Ensure adherence to company GDPR compliance policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Previous relevant experience in Digital Marketing, including experience using Social Media and Email marketing systems.
  • Proven evidence of strong copy-writing skills for web-based and email content in Italian.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and database management.
  • Advanced level of competence in written and spoken Italian and English.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a small team, demonstrating good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organisational, administration, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
