International Client Liaison

Descrizione del ruolo:
Il nostro cliente è un importante broker assicurativo operativo a livello internazionale e nazionale, con diverse sedi in Italia. Il nostro candidato ideale sarà in grado di gestire le relazioni e il portafoglio assicurativo dei clienti esteri, sviluppando anche le relazioni con gli assicuratori di riferimento e con i colleghi per fornire un eccellente servizio ai clienti e ai broker corrispondenti.
Responsabilità principali:
• Gestione quotidiana dei clienti assegnati (richieste e quesiti dai clienti, dagli Assicuratori, dai broker corrispondenti e da terze parti)
• Comprensione del business dei clienti assegnati e delle loro esigenze di gestione del rischio
• Preparazione di submission, se necessario
• Interpretazione e revisione delle quotazioni che pervengono dal mercato assicurativo al fine di garantire adeguatezza e soddisfazione
• Redazione di report e sommari assicurativi
• Partecipazione a riunioni con il cliente e con gli Assicuratori (virtuali e in presenza)
Requisiti:
• Conoscenza delle coperture assicurative
• Esperienza di almeno un paio di anni come client executive
• Disponibilità a viaggiare in Italia e all'estero
• Conoscenza della lingua tedesca (preferenziale)
