Job Description:We are looking for a Senior Sales Account with a proven track record in selling software industrial solutions, a solid understanding of MES products, and a history of achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a portfolio of existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities in the MES market.
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure seamless execution of proposals and projects.
- Interact directly with clients and prospects to analyze their needs, proposing customized solutions that optimize production processes in the Industry 4.0/5.0 context, managing the entire sales cycle.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Monitor market trends and client needs to propose innovative solutions that contribute to improving business performance.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company brand and expand the network of contacts.
- At least 6 years of experience in the role of Sales Account, held at Software Houses or Consulting Companies, involved in selling and launching MES application solutions.
- Deep knowledge of Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies and industrial production processes.
- Proven experience in managing complex commercial negotiations, with particular attention to identifying the most suitable technological solutions for client needs.
- Customer-oriented and strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid and lasting relationships with key clients.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strategic approach to sales and market management.
- Degree and/or diploma in economic or engineering fields.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- A dynamic and growing work environment, with opportunities for career development and access to training paths.
