W EXECUTIVE S.R.L. is seeking a highly qualified Senior Sales Account to support the expansion of our commercial activities in the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) sector.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Account with a proven track record in selling software industrial solutions, a solid understanding of MES products, and a history of achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities in the MES market.
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure seamless execution of proposals and projects.
  • Interact directly with clients and prospects to analyze their needs, proposing customized solutions that optimize production processes in the Industry 4.0/5.0 context, managing the entire sales cycle.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Monitor market trends and client needs to propose innovative solutions that contribute to improving business performance.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company brand and expand the network of contacts.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 years of experience in the role of Sales Account, held at Software Houses or Consulting Companies, involved in selling and launching MES application solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Industry 4.0/5.0 technologies and industrial production processes.
  • Proven experience in managing complex commercial negotiations, with particular attention to identifying the most suitable technological solutions for client needs.
  • Customer-oriented and strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain solid and lasting relationships with key clients.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a strategic approach to sales and market management.
  • Degree and/or diploma in economic or engineering fields.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
