Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Formulation Specialist to join our team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing Pharmaceutical Development trials within the Pharma Technology department, supporting the Manufacturing department in the execution of demo and validation batches, and contributing to the resolution of technology-related issues and continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Pharmaceutical Development trials within the Pharma Technology department
  • Support the Manufacturing department in the execution of demo and validation batches
  • Contribute to the resolution of technology-related issues and continuous improvement projects
  • Collect and elaborate data using statistical tools
  • Issue and update department SOPs, create batch records for trials and Technology Transfers
  • Manage the Pharma Technology laboratory and raw materials stock
  • Apply safety and GMP norms and regulations
Requirements
  • University degree in a Scientific domain (e.g. Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or similar)
  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience within the Technology Transfer function of a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), previous experience with SAP and/or an ERP system software is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of statistical tools
  • Strong communication skills, high analytical skills, and an excellent team working approach
  • Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Knowledge of GMP is considered a plus
