About the Role

Within the Coesia Group, System Ceramics is seeking an Electrical Engineering Supervisor to join the E-commerce Technologies division. This role will lead the design and development of a new product line dedicated to the E-commerce market, working closely with local R&D and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external resources in engineering design
  • Research and evaluate electrical components
  • Analyze compliance with current machine safety regulations
  • Monitor machine performance levels, controls, and magnetic fields
  • Act as a technical reference for internal and external customers

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in automation machinery, preferably in a similar role
  • Master's degree in automation, electronics, or a related field (a plus)
  • Good understanding of EPLAN
  • Knowledge of machinery safety regulations
  • Strong English language skills (written and oral)
  • Aptitude to build and maintain interpersonal relationships
  • Ability to manage and coordinate a team of resources
  • Willingness to travel (20-30% of the time)
