About the Opportunity

We are a premier solar development company, expanding our successful operations from Australia into the heart of Europe. As the Italian lead, you will drive the development process, from land acquisition and permitting to securing grid connections, with robust support from our Australian team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Land Acquisition: Identify and secure land for solar development projects.
  • Permitting Processes: Navigate permitting processes, including engagement with environmental specialists and other key stakeholders.
  • Grid Connection Processes: Secure grid connections, managing timing and cost.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop financial models for utility-scale BESS projects, identifying main revenue streams.
  • Team Growth: Grow a team to become independent of our Australian entity.

Requirements

  • Strong Understanding: Of the greenfield development process.
  • Team Leadership: Experience in growing a team to become independent of HQ.
  • Land Acquisition: Ability to find and secure land for solar development projects.
  • Permitting Processes: Ability to navigate permitting processes, including engagement with environmental specialists.
  • Grid Connection Processes: Experience in securing grid connections, managing timing and cost.
  • Financial Modelling: Ability to develop financial models for utility-scale BESS projects.

Location: Italy – Milan or Remote (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive financial package with bonuses
