About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our Italian Sales Team at NTT DATA. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion across all solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with clients to drive expansion and renewals across all solutions and services.
  • Understand client industry and business needs to create effective trust partnerships.
  • Drive client solution penetration and education.
  • Take ownership of commercial agreements for each client.
  • Responsible for driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients' buying process.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales team and Services team to provide the best solution/services to clients' needs.
  • Realize revenue and margin targets through comprehensive account management and regular sales forecast.
  • Utilize NTT's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage accounts, opportunities, pipelines, and forecast.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in similar role in the ICT market.
  • Experience in system integration business.
  • Able to manage relationships with different stakeholders in large enterprise environments.
  • Good knowledge of key business infrastructure services (Networking, Collaboration, Security; Cloud & Data Center).
  • Solid experience in negotiating with clients and technology vendors.
  • Business acumen.
  • Strong attitude to work in an account team coordinating internal and external resources to close sales opportunities.
  • Stress management.
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
