Department Manager

Primark, a leading international fashion retail company with stores in Italy and over 4,000 employees, is expanding its presence in the Italian market by opening new stores in the coming months.

As a Department Manager, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of approximately 20 colleagues, a sales floor of around 4,000 square meters, and a management team of at least 5 colleagues.

Your Typical Day

  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of at least 10 people and be the point of reference for other managers.
  • Manage the commercial activities of your department: analyze key performance indicators and reorganize large volumes of merchandise.
  • Ensure excellent sales standards for an exceptional customer experience.

The Manager We Are Looking For

  • Determined to grow and become our future Store Manager for new store openings.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the Retail/GDO sector.
  • Experience in team management, training, and development.
  • Dynamic and proactive.
  • Available for relocation within the national territory, with the possibility of expressing a preference for at least 3 regions where we are present (excluding the region of origin).

The possibility of working in different cities will give you the opportunity to experience different contexts and collaborate with various teams. Primark will support your transfers from the start, with a specific policy of up to €1,200 per month for a maximum of 6 months, and will reimburse specific expenses related to your transfer.
