About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Scientist to join our team in Rare Hematology. As a key member of our Medical Affairs Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of medical strategies for our rare hematology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of medical strategies for our rare hematology portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of medical strategies.
  • Provide scientific and medical expertise to support the development of clinical trials and research studies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and research centers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific and medical advancements in rare hematology and apply this knowledge to support the development of medical strategies.
Requirements
  • Medicine degree required.
  • Relevant hematology therapeutic area experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in clinical research is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent scientific and technical expertise, including clinical studies management and ad boards.
  • Project management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional colleagues.
  • Excellent English and local language.
