About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our marketing efforts for Applied products. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer-centric marketing strategy to ensure the successful launch and growth of our HVAC solutions in the global market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead market research studies to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions.
- Develop and implement the 'go to market' strategy at the country level, working closely with regional sales teams.
- Provide recommendations to senior management on setting standards for marketing strategy to improve the organization's competitive position.
- Drive cross-functional cooperation in product development, ensuring alignment with European guidance.
- Participate in the communication plan definition to support the defined strategy and ensure execution is aligned with European guidance.
- Support and define local sales training needs, ensuring deployment within the sales team.
Requirements:
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, able to work in a matrix organization and global environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
- University Degree or equivalent experience with 8-10 years of work experience.
- B2B experience.
- Fluent in English and Italian; Spanish is a plus.
- HVAC market knowledge is a plus (market segments, competition, products...).
- Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.
- Strategic thinking.
