About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our digital campaigns and ensuring that our online presence is optimized for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital performance strategies to drive business growth and improve online engagement.
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Google Search Ads 360, and TikTok Ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of digital strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and agency partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a focus on paid advertising.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through digital marketing efforts.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
  • Fluency in English (required).
