About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Growth Strategist to drive business development in the Korean market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our user base, fostering strategic relationships, and driving business opportunities to propel our platform's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • User Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify and build relationships with local influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote Syndr in the local market, achieving user and trading volume growth.
  • Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with leading trading and educational communities, forums, and platforms to enhance our brand presence and drive user acquisition.
  • Industry Networking: Represent Syndr at crypto meetups, conferences, and industry events, networking with professionals, and staying updated on the latest market trends and developments.
Requirements:
  • Experience: University graduate with strong experience in business development, partnerships, or growth functions within a tech/crypto/startup.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and entrepreneurship mentality.
What We Offer:
