Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Advisor to join our team. As an IT Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for designing and implementing specific IT solutions that support our business processes. You will work closely with our IT department and business units to identify and deploy projects that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benchmarking of IT solutions to support business functions and improve project delivery speed and quality
  • Developing and maintaining application tracking features for new releases
  • Collecting and analyzing business requirements to define project scope and business case
  • Managing projects in collaboration with the IT Application Manager
  • Contributing to project development in areas of deep knowledge
  • Providing internal reference and training on topics of expertise
  • Collecting and analyzing business requirements and transferring knowledge to the development team
  • Interviewing, analyzing documents, and drawing out requirements through workshops, surveys, and site visits
  • Understanding business process management and translating customer requirements to software specifications
  • Leading cross-functional teams for successful IT solution implementation and integration
  • Supporting and training key users on system functionalities
  • Providing suggestions to the development team during the development stage
  • Collecting, evaluating, and compressing data from multiple sources
  • Delivering results through thorough research and collaboration with various users
  • Acquiring deep knowledge of working systems and implementing efficient changes
  • Ensuring recommended solutions are adopted and respected
  • Understanding technical designs and specifications
  • Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients
  • Designing and executing test scripts and scenarios
  • Project management skills, including managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams, and support teams
  • Managing and coordinating IT Application Specialists and Analysts
Job Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Experience in project development
  • Knowledge of main IT solutions applicable in the business area
  • Understanding of business processes
  • Understanding of SQL language
  • Strong experience in ERP - business module
  • Good experience in technical tools integrated in the IT application
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within a complex multinational environment
  • Fluent in English language
  • Advanced use of MS Office tools
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently
  • Pronounced proactive approach
  • Ability to manage complexity and work under pressure
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Planning skills and ability to follow up and deliver results
