Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Deployment Oral Care Formulation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Research and Development department, you will be responsible for supporting and executing projects in Oral Care focused on Listerine Brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technical expertise in product design and formulation, as well as manufacturing processes.
  • Support the development of new formulations for cosmetics with innovative and strategic approaches, taking into consideration consumer insights, compliance guidelines, environmental policies, cost restrictions, and the impact on manufacture sites.
  • Execute laboratory activities, including reformulation tests and learnings, sample productions, stability studies, and sensory testing.
  • Support and execute scale-up activities with hands-on involvement.
  • Support claims discussions and demos creation, aligning with key stakeholders, including Oral Care Franchise, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, and Legal.
  • Ensure support of technical and logistical functions across different projects.
  • Manage project timelines.

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of previous working experience in R&D Reformulation and/or Product Development.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Advanced English language skills (B2 level and above).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with different areas (global cross-functional teams).
  • Strong passion for science, technology, innovation, and problem-solving.
  • Working knowledge of Excel or statistical tools is preferred.
