As a Technical Support Specialist at BYD EUROPE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of vehicle maintenance, repair, and customer satisfaction. This position involves extensive travel to customer sites, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and promoting company products and services to enhance customer loyalty.
Main Responsibilities- Technical Support
- Undertake and assist with post-sales operational issues (e.g. technical diagnosis, repairs and maintenance);
- Check and collect feedback on the technical documentation (e.g. manuals, diagnostic diagrams, etc.);
- Take a lead role in providing technical solutions for highly sensitive topics;
- Help Authorized Workshops implement technical updates and activity campaigns;
- Create FMEA / D-FMEA reports, help improve products together with R&D and QA teams.
- Support Team Management
- Supervise diagnostic tools, special equipment and spare parts in current use at authorized workshops.
- Collaborate with authorized workshops to provide our customers with excellent capabilities and quality of service.
- Relationship with the Customer
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers;
- Schedule account and operational meetings with customers;
- Management of customer requests and complaints.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher.
- Relevant experience in maintenance is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
