We are seeking a skilled Mechanics Industrialization Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for managing new product introduction in production, ensuring seamless manufacturing and testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct manufacturing feasibility analysis of technical documentation, including bill of materials and drawings.
  • Design and implement manufacturing and testing tools, as well as redact instructions for internal workers or external suppliers.
  • Train manufacturing and testing workers to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Set up manufacturing processes at supplier's premises or internal production department for proto and serial production.
  • Propose new manufacturing processes and improve existing ones to enhance serial production performances.
  • Support manufacturing and quality activities, both internal and at supplier's premises, when issues arise.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a mechanical factory as a Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Consolidated knowledge and experience on machining technologies and superficial/heat treatments.
  • Proficiency in English in a professional level.
  • Ability to work in a team, collaborate with people from various departments, and suppliers.
