For our client, a growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO), we are seeking a Product Development Manager to enhance their brand and presence in the pharmaceutical market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new customer leads by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to promote the CDMO's services. Key responsibilities include:
- Participating in conferences such as CPHI to establish relationships with potential clients;
- Analyzing data to identify new market opportunities and optimise the marketing funnel;
- Evaluating the success of marketing campaigns and communicating results to stakeholders;
- Collaborating with commercial partners to develop impactful tools for revenue growth;
- Implementing strategies to promote BD effectiveness and engagement;
- Managing metrics and roadmaps to ensure timely execution and adherence to plan.
Requirements for the position include:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles within the CMO/CDMO or services to Pharma industry;
- A university degree preferably in a scientific domain, with a Master's in Business/Marketing Management;
- A strong marketing performance history across web, ecommerce, seminars, conferences, and digital channels;
- Advanced business English skills, with additional European languages an advantage.
