We are seeking a highly skilled Infotainment System Developer to join our team at Italdesign. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced Infotainment System features and functions.
Key Responsibilities- System Development: Lead the development and implementation of advanced Infotainment System features and functions, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy and goals.
- Project Management: Project status reporting in internal and external meetings, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Requirements and Specifications: Write Requirements and Functional Specifications, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Interface with stakeholders to discuss system architecture through workshops and design meetings.
- Issue Tracking and Analysis: Track and analyze issues, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for changes.
- Supplier Steering and Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of components and services.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Linux/Android based product development.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Infotainment System Architecture, including hardware, software, and user interfaces.
- Methodologies: Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Programming Languages: Knowledge of programming languages, such as C, C++, Python, and Java.
- Embedded Systems: Knowledge of embedded systems and real-time operating systems.
- Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools, such as Jira.
- Operating Systems: Familiarity with GNU/Linux and Android operating systems.
- Software Testing: Familiarity with software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Operating System Concepts: Knowledge of operating system concepts, such as process management, memory management, file systems, and power management.
- Automotive Protocols: Familiarity with automotive standard protocols, such as CAN and Ethernet.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Experience with debugging and troubleshooting complex systems.
Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or similar. Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are required; knowledge of German would be appreciated.
